Director Shareholding
Vietnam Infrastructure Limited (the "Company") today announces that on 11 June 2010, a director of the company, Don Lam, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of US$1.00 each at an average price of US$0.35 per ordinary share.
As a result of this transaction, Mr. Lam has a direct interest of 700,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.17 percent of the Company's total voting rights.
