Director Shareholding
VietnamĀ InfrastructureĀ Limited (the "Company") today announces that onĀ 11 JuneĀ 2008Ā the chairmanĀ of the Company,Ā Don Lam, purchasedĀ 100,000Ā ordinary shares of US$0.01Ā each at an average price of $0.53Ā per ordinary share.
As a result of this transaction. Mr.Ā Lam has a direct interest of 600,000Ā ordinary shares in the Company.
In addition, the Company announces thatĀ on 11 June 2008,Ā a managing director of the Investment Manager of the Company (VinaCapital Investment Management Limited),Ā William Lean,Ā purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of US$0.01Ā each at an average price of $0.53 via PGT International Ltd.
As a result of this transaction, Mr. Lean has a direct interest ofĀ 440,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
