Brulines (Holdings) PLC18 April 2007 Press Release 18 April 2007 Brulines (Holdings) plc ("Brulines" or "the Company") Pre-Close Update Brulines (Holdings) plc (AIM:BRU), the leading provider of volume and revenueprotection systems for draught alcoholic drinks in the UK licensed on-trade, ispleased to announce that trading, in the second half of the financial year, hasbeen as anticipated at the time of the flotation last October. Consequently theCompany's maiden preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2007 areexpected to be in line with market expectations. New installations, system replacements and upgrades progressed successfully,generating an ongoing year-on-year growth in recurring revenue from supportservices. This growth is due to an increase in market penetration as well as abroadening of the customer base. Since its Admission to AIM in October 2006, the Company has continued thecommercial development of its new Brand Quality Monitoring product, trials ofwhich are progressing satisfactorily within both the national tenanted andmanaged sectors. In line with the statement made at the time of the flotation, the Board intendsthat its first dividend as a public company will be that of a final dividend inrespect of its maiden preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2007.These results will be announced on 19 June 2007.
