Brulines (Holdings) PLC (the "Company") 

Director Shareholding

In response to demand from institutional shareholders, the following directors of Brulines have today sold Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 145p per share:

Mark Foster, Finance Director, has sold 46,900 Ordinary Shares and now holds 87,500 Ordinary Shares representing 0.36 per cent. of the total share capital of the Company.

Duncan Noble, Operations Director, has sold 135,064 Ordinary Shares and now holds 359,968 Ordinary Shares representing 1.48 per cent. of the total share capital of the Company.

In addition, Steve Brown, who previously held 3.98 per cent. of the total share capital of the Company has sold 434,432 Ordinary Shares and no longer holds a notifiable interest in the Company.
