Director/PDMR Shareholding
Vianet Group plc (AIM: VNET), the international provider of actionable data and business insight through our ecosystem of connected hardware devices, management software platforms, and smart insights portal, announces that it has today been notified that Stella Panu, Non-Executive Director of the Company, on that same day, purchased 60,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 87.5 pence per ordinary share.
Following this purchase, Stella Panu is interested in 310,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 1.06 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
