Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that James Dickson, Chairman, has informed the Company that his pension fund has purchased 45,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 120 pence per Ordinary Share on 22 August 2019.
Following this purchase, Mr Dickson is interested in 4,979,259 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 17.5% of the Ordinary Shares in issue.
