Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that James Dickson, Chairman, has informed the Company that his pension fund has purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 134.3 pence per Ordinary Share over 27 and 28 of February 2020.
The Company has also been informed that Kate Dickson, a person closely associated with James Dickson, has purchased 5,722 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 136.7 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Mr Dickson is interested in 4,999,981 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 17.3% of the Ordinary Shares in issue.
