Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that James Dickson, Chairman, has informed the Company that he has purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), through his nominee account, at an average price of 125 pence per Ordinary Share on 12 March 2020.
Following this purchase, Mr Dickson is interested in 5,019,981 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 17.3% of the Ordinary Shares in issue.
