Director's Dealings

The Company has been notified by James Dickson, Chairman of the Company, that on 22nd March 2016 he was informed that his pension fund has purchased 99,000 ordinary shares at a price of 96p per share.

In addition, the Company has been notified that on 22nd March 2016, James Dickson transferred 1,300,000 ordinary shares of ten pence each listed against his name to his wife, Kate Dickson, for nil consideration.

Following these transactions, James Dickson's total holding (including those in his wife's name) are a total of 4,658,420 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 16.65% of its issued share capital.
