Total Voting Rights
Pursuant to the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA's) Disclosure, Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company notifies the market that as of 30 September 2024, the total number of voting rights of the Company was 1,296,472,686.
As at close of business on 30 September 2024, the total number of Ordinary Shares was 837,205,661 and the total number of CHESS Depositary Interests was 459,267,025.
There are no shares held in Treasury.
The above total number of voting rights may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure, Guidance and Transparency Rules.
