Volex Group PLC08 September 2005 Volex Group plc Annual General Meeting 2005 Post Meeting Announcement At the Volex Group Annual General Meeting held today, all ordinary and specialresolutions were carried. The Company will now seek confirmation of the cancellation of its share premiumaccount from the High Court and expects the cancellation to become effectiveduring the week commencing 17th October 2005. Details of the proxy votes received in respect of each of the Resolutions put tothe Annual General Meeting will be posted on the Company's web site (www.volex.com)shortly. As indicated in the Corporate Governance Report section of the 2005 AnnualReport & Accounts, Mr. John Roberts retired from the Board at the conclusion ofthe Annual General Meeting having served his second period of 3 years.
