Volex Group PLC06 December 2005 6 December 2005 Issue of Equity Volex Group plc (the "Company") The Company has today made an application to the UK Listing Authority and to theLondon Stock Exchange for 93,167 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on theLondon Stock Exchange's market for listed securities. Admission to theseOrdinary Shares is expected to occur on 8 December 2005. These Ordinary Shares are being issued as a result of the exercise of sharewarrants by Bank of America, one of the Company's lenders, and will rank paripassu with the existing issued Ordinary Shares. Following this conversion, therewill be 187,782 warrants outstanding, which can be exercised up until June 2008. These warrants were issued as part of the Company's bank facility renewal inJune 2002 and most recently updated in June 2005.
