Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that Nat Rothschild, Executive Chairman, John Molloy, Group Chief Operating Officer, and Jon Boaden, Chief Financial Officer have been granted Deferred Bonus Awards under the Company's Deferred Share Bonus Plan 2015 as part of their remuneration in respect of the 2022 financial year.
