The following amendments have been made to the 'Director/PDMR Shareholding' announcement released on 14 November 2018 at 7:00 am under RNS Number 2573H due to typographical errors in the original.
The average price at which Mr Rothschild purchased the 50,000 ordinary shares was incorrectly stated as 0.877 pence in the above announcement rather than 87.7 pence. In the attached disclosure table, the price should have been noted as £0.877 rather than simply 0.877. In addition, the security identification code in the tables has been corrected to GB0009390070.
All other details remain unchanged.

Volex plc, a global provider of power and data cabling solutions, announces that between Friday 9 November and Tuesday 13 November, NR Holdings Ltd purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence in the Company at an average price of 87.7 pence per share. Following this purchase, Nat Rothschild, Executive Chairman of the Company, a beneficiary of NR Holdings Ltd, will hold 35,123,250 Ordinary Shares, representing 24.26% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
On Monday 12 November 2018, Daren Morris, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of the Company, purchased 10,416 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence in the Company at a price of 89 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Morris will hold a total of 513,063 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.35% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of the FCA Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4.
