Volex plc (AIM: VLX) announces that further to the announcement on 12 December 2025, it has been informed that Dave Webster, Non-Executive Chair, has purchased 39,321 ordinary shares of 25 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") each at an average price of 407.16 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Dave Webster is interested in 152,417 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.08 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
