Volex plc (the "Company"), a global provider of power and data cabling solutions, announces that on 1 October 2015, Daren Morris the Chief Financial Officer, purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 66.5 pence per share, representing in total 0.01% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.

Following this purchase, Mr Morris will hold a total of 210,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.23% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of the FCA Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4.
