Volex plc (AIM:VLX) announces that on Wednesday 30 August 2023 (i) NR Holdings Ltd and Nathaniel Rothschild received 409,391 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), (ii) Amelia Murillo received 504 Ordinary Shares and (iii) Sir Peter Westmacott received 16 Ordinary Shares, in each case at the reference price of 284.9 pence per share, through the scrip dividend issued on Wednesday 30 August 2023, as set out in the notification of dealing form below.
Following this issue, including those shares held through NR Holdings Ltd, of which Mr Rothschild is a beneficiary, Nathaniel Rothschild will be interested in 45,269,297 Ordinary Shares, representing 24.95% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company, Amelia Murillo will be interested in 55,776 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company, and Sir Peter Westmacott will be interested in 7,734 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.004% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
The notification below is made in accordance with the requirements of the UK version of the EU Market Abuse Regulation which is part of English law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
