Volex plc (the "Company"), a global provider of power and data cabling solutions, announces that on 24 January 2018, Adrian Chamberlain Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 24,986 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 80.0 pence per share, representing in total 0.03% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.

Following this purchase, Mr. Chamberlain will hold a total of 24,986 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of the FCA Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4.
