Director/PDMR Shareholding
Venture LifeĀ (AIM: VLG), a recognised leader in proactive longevity, health innovation and global commercialisation within the global consumer healthcare sector, announces that Paul McGreevy, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 88,273 ordinary shares of 0.3 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 3 June 2026 at a volume-weighted average price of 62.3 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Mr McGreevy beneficially holds 1,052,098 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.82 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
