("Venture Life" or "the Company")
Director/PDMR Shareholding
Venture Life (AIM: VLG), the international consumer self-care group focused on developing, manufacturing and commercialising products for the self-care market, announces that it was notified on 4 April 2018 that Jerry Randall, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has transferred at total of 99,020 ordinary shares of 0.3p each in the Company at 41p per share into Individual Savings Accounts held by him and his wife. Following the transaction, Jerry Randall's beneficial interest is unchanged at 3,931,129 ordinary shares representing 10.7 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
