Volvere PLC04 April 2007 Volvere PLC 4 April 2007 Volvere PLC ("Volvere" or the "Company") Directors' Dealings The Company announces that it has received notification today from JonathanLander who is a director of the Company that on 4 April 2007 he transferred18,500 Ordinary Shares of GBP0.0000001 each in the Company at a price of GBP1.41 per Ordinary Share to his pension fund at Barclayshare Nominees Ltd. Mr.Lander's beneficial interest in the Company has not changed. Mr Lander has an interest in 228,750 Ordinary Shares of GBP0.0000001 eachrepresenting 4.10% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company. Inaddition, Jonathan Lander holds 14,500 A Shares of GBP 0.49999995 each and14,500 B Shares of GBP0.49999995 each in the capital of the Company.
