Directors' Dealings

The Company announces that it has received notification on 17 July 2008 from Lord Kalms of Edgware, Jonathan Lander, Nicholas Lander, Richard Kalms, Neil Ashley and David Buchler who are all directors of the Company that on that day they acquired in aggregate 243,750 Ordinary Shares of GBP0.0000001 each in the Company at a price of GBP 0.70 per Ordinary Share. Their respective purchases and resultant holdings are as follows:

Lord Kalms acquired 58,992 Ordinary Shares and now has an interest in 458,992 Ordinary Shares representing 8.08% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company. In addition, Lord Kalms holds 2,630 A Shares of GBP 0.49999995 each and 2,630 B Shares of GBP0.49999995 each in the capital of the Company. Neither of these classes of share capital is traded on AIM.

Jonathan Lander acquired 58,992 Ordinary Shares and now has an interest in 437,742 Ordinary Shares representing 7.71% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company. In addition, Jonathan Lander holds 14,500 A Shares of GBP 0.49999995 each and 14,500 B Shares of GBP0.49999995 each in the capital of the Company. Neither of these classes of share capital is traded on AIM.

Nicholas Lander acquired 58,992 Ordinary Shares and now has an interest in 178,992 Ordinary Shares representing 3.15% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company. In addition, Nicholas Lander holds 10,758 A Shares of GBP 0.49999995 each and 10,758 B Shares of GBP0.49999995 each in the capital of the Company. Neither of these classes of share capital is traded on AIM.

Richard Kalms acquired 14,748 Ordinary Shares and now has an interest in 264,748 Ordinary Shares representing 4.66% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company. In addition, Richard Kalms holds 6,987 A Shares of GBP 0.49999995 each and 6,987 B Shares of GBP0.49999995 each in the capital of the Company. Neither of these classes of share capital is traded on AIM.

Neil Ashley acquired 32,773 Ordinary Shares and now has an interest in 542,773 Ordinary Shares representing 9.56% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company. In addition, Neil Ashley holds 3,880 A Shares of GBP 0.49999995 each and 3,880 B Shares of GBP0.49999995 each in the capital of the Company. Neither of these classes of share capital is traded on AIM. Neil Ashley is a trustee of the Ashley Grandchildren's 2003 Settlement whose holdings are included in the above.

David Buchler acquired 19,253 Ordinary Shares and now has an interest in 68,238 Ordinary Shares representing 1.20% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company. In addition, David Buchler holds options over 31,000 Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of £1.875, exercisable until 31 December 2014.
