Dawnay, Day also holds 10,525 A Shares and 10,525 B Shares. The Company was also notified on 19 February 2008 that on the same day Friedman, Billings Ramsey International Limited disposed of its holding of 500,000 Ordinary Shares, 5,165 A Shares and 5,165 B Shares and no longer has a notifiable interest in the issued share capital of the Company.
