Exercise of Warrants, Issue of Equity, Total Voting Rights

The Company has today issued and allotted 29,412 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("New Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of 29,412 warrants at 8.5p per share. The New Ordinary Shares rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares and application has been made for the 29,412 New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM with trading expected to commence on or around 18 November 2013.

As a result of this new share issue, the Company's issued share capital now consists of 130,033,043 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 p each, with voting rights ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights is 130,033,043.

The above figure of 130,033,043 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
