Director/PDMR Shareholdings
Vipera plc, the specialist provider of mobile financial services, has been notified that a director, Jeremy Nicholds, yesterday purchased 400,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a weighted average price of 4.86 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Nicholds hold the following interest in the Company:
