The Company announces that on 23 November 2022, a PDMR of the Group exercised nil-cost options under the option agreement dated 24 February 2021 to subscribe for a total of 299,435 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Accordingly, the trustee of the Employee Benefit Trust has effected the transfer of 299,435 Ordinary Shares to the PDMR as follows:
