Videndum plc (the "Company")
Blocklisting Application for Sharesave and LTIP Schemes
Application has been made to the FCA and the London Stock Exchange for admission to (i) the Official List and (ii) trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange for blocklistings of securities in respect of a total of 635,000 new ordinary shares of 20p each (the "Ordinary Shares") in the Company. It is expected that admission will become effective on 20 September 2023.
The new Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time, pursuant to the exercise of options under certain Company share option schemes as follows: 210,000 Ordinary Shares under the Videndum 2020 International Sharesave Plan, 150,000 Ordinary Shares under the Videndum 2020 UK Sharesave Plan, and 275,000 Ordinary Shares under the Videndum 2014 Long Term Incentive Plan.
Such new Ordinary Shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all effects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.
