Verseon, a technology-based pharmaceutical company, announces that on 25 October 2016, Mr. Grover Wickersham, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been issued a grant of restricted stock units ("RSUs") that relate to payment of his Director's fees in the form of restricted stock. Mr. Wickersham's restricted stock grant totals 15,463 Common Shares and is calculated by reference to the closing price on 25 October 2016 of the Company's common shares in USD, being $1.94. The RSUs vest quarterly in equal proportions over a 6 month period starting from 30 October 2016.
