Holdings in Company
Verseon, a technology-based pharmaceutical company, has been informed that on Friday, 18 March 2016 Godrej Industries Limited, a significant shareholder in the Company, made an internal transfer of its entire shareholding, comprising 6,865,666 common shares of $0.001 (representing 4.4 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital), to Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Company Limited, a Godrej Group company. As a result the beneficial interest of the Godrej Group in the Company remains unchanged.
