Result of Special Shareholder Meeting
Fremont, Calif.-Verseon, a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company, announces that the resolution to cancel admission of the Company's Common Shares to trading on AIM, put to shareholders during the Special Shareholder Meeting held on December 6, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. PST, was duly passed. No other resolutions were put to shareholders at the Special Shareholder Meeting.
As previously announced, the last day of trading of the Common Shares will be December 18, 2019 and cancellation will take effect from 7:00 a.m. UK time on December 19, 2019.
Shareholders are reminded that the previously announced tender offer will close at 1:00 p.m. GMT today, December 9, 2019 and the Company intends to announce the results of the tender offer on December 10, 2019.
