Dividend declaration

Ventus 2 VCT plc announces that at the Annual General Meeting held on 27 July 2011 the shareholders approved payment of a final dividend of 1.00p per ordinary share. The dividend will be paid on 10 August 2011 to ordinary shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 15 July 2011.
