Board Change
The Board of ADH announces that Tina Beattie has tendered her resignation as a non-executive Director of the Company due to a conflict of interest disallowing non executive Director positions in her current executive role.
Adrian Moss, Chief Executive of the Company commented as follows: "On behalf of the board of ADH we would like to thank Tina for her contribution to the business and wish her all the best for the future.
"As part of our continued growth plans, we intend to strengthen the Board with relevant regional and financial experience in due course."
