Statement regarding the adjournment of Court Meeting and General Meeting
Following the announcement of 9 July 2021 confirming that the board of Vectura Group plc ("Vectura") had withdrawn its recommendation of the offer made by Murano Bidco Limited, a newly formed company indirectly controlled by funds managed by Carlyle Europe Partners V ("Carlyle Offer") and that it intends unanimously to recommend the offer made by PMI Global Services Inc., a wholly-owned direct subsidiary of PMI International Inc., the board of Vectura confirms that the Court Meeting and General Meeting convened in respect of the Carlyle Offer were adjourned earlier today, in each case to a date and time to be determined by the directors of Vectura.
