BLOCK LISTING APPLICATION

Chippenham, UK, 20 September 2021: Vectura Group plc (LSE: VEC; "Vectura" or "the Company"), announces that application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 5,462,500 new ordinary shares of 0.0271 pence each.

The application is in respect of shares to be issued pursuant to the exercise of awards under the following Vectura Group Share Option Plans:

The new shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary share capital of the Company. It is expected that admission will become effective on 22 September 2021.
