Management Change
The Board of Victrex plc (''the Company") today announces that Suzana Koncarevic has been appointed as General Counsel and Company Secretary and will join the Company on 16 April 2012. Suzana will succeed Gary Hulme, who is stepping down in order to pursue other business opportunities.
Prior to joining Victrex, Suzana was General Counsel and Company Secretary of Speedy Hire plc and Senior Legal Adviser at United Utilities Group PLC. Suzana has a corporate and commercial law background having worked as a corporate lawyer at Herbert Smith in London and at DLA Phillips Fox in Sydney, Australia.
Anita Frew, Chairman of Victrex, said:
