Victrex plc - Director Declaration

Victrex plc, an innovative world leader in high performance polymer solutions, has been notified that Tim Cooper, Executive Director and Managing Director of the Industrial (VPS) business, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Renold plc, a leading international supplier of industrial chains and related power transmission products, effective from 14 November 2018.

Tim's appointment forms a part of Renold's succession planning process for Board members. It is proposed that Tim will become Chairman of the Remuneration Committee at Renold, after he has completed 12 months service on the Remuneration Committee.

Tim joined Victrex in January 2010. Prior to joining Victrex, he held senior leadership positions at Umeco plc, Tellermate plc and Avery Berkel Ltd, having developed his international career with GEC, BP and Land Rover.
