Block Listing
Application has been made by the Company to the Financial Conduct Authority and The London Stock Exchange for a block listing totaling 103,000 Ordinary shares of 1 pence each to be admitted to The Official List and to trading on the premium segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued Ordinary shares of the Company.
The block listing consists of 103,000 Ordinary shares of 1p each in connection with the Victrex Plc 2015 Executive Share Option Plan.
It is expected that admission will become effective at 8am on 21 November 2022.
