Formal Sales Process update
Victoria PLC (the "Company" or "Victoria") announces that, further to the Company's announcement on 24 February 2012 which suspended the formal sales process pending the outcome of the General Meeting held yesterday (6 March 2012), the Board has now decided to abort the formal sales process.
Consequently, the Company is no longer deemed to be in an Offer Period as defined by The Takeover Code.
