Inclusion in MSCI Global Small Cap Index

Victoria PLC, (LSE: VCP) the international designers, manufacturers and distributors of innovative flooring, with effect from 31 May 2017, has been included in the MSCI Global Small Cap Index; significantly enhancing the Group's exposure to tracker funds in the UK and overseas.

The MSCI Global Small Cap Indexes are designed to measure the performance of the small cap equity market. With 4,242 constituents, the index represents approximately 14% of the free float-adjusted market capitalization in each country.
