Vanquis Banking Group full year trading update
London - 1 February 2024 - Vanquis Banking Group plc ('the Group'), the specialist bank, confirms that the business has traded broadly in line with management expectations since the Q3 trading update on 17 October 2023. Adjusted profit before tax1 (PBT) for FY 2023 is now expected to be £25m.
The Group will publish its full year results at 07:00 on Wednesday 27 March 2024, followed by an online results presentation. On the same afternoon, the Group is looking forward to hosting a strategy seminar that will cover its plans for delivering attractive and sustainable profit growth and returns, including its refreshed customer proposition, plans for delivery of operational efficiency and an update on the Group's capital management framework.
1 Adjusted profit before tax is stated before amortisation of acquisition intangibles, discontinued operations and exceptional items.
