Van Elle's annual report for the 12 month period ended 30 April 2017 and notice of annual general meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders and are available on the Group's website at www.van-elle.co.uk.
The AGM will be held at 10.00 am on Tuesday 12 September 2017 at Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP, One Wood Street, London, EC2V 7WS.
