Azure Holdings PLC03 October 2006 Azure Holdings plc (the "Company") First Day of Dealings on AIM Following the approval of the special resolutions at the Extraordinary GeneralMeeting ("EGM") and Class Meetings held yesterday, the Company announces theadmission, in aggregate, of 885,191,389 ordinary shares of 0.2p each ("OrdinaryShares") to trading on AIM today. At the EGM, Barry Gold resigned as a director of the Company. Anthony Moore wasappointed Non-executive Chairman; Dr Satu Vainikka was appointed ChiefExecutive; Dr Jacob Micallef was appointed Chief Operating Officer; Dr GeorgeMorris was appointed Chief Development Officer and Kevin Alexander was appointedas a Non-executive Director of the Company. Gerald Desler remains as FinanceDirector. The Company's name is expected to change to ValiRx plc effective from 4 October2006.
