Directorate changes

SnackTime plc ("SnackTime" or the "Company"), the third largest vending business in the UK, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeremy Hamer as Executive Chairman with immediate effect. At the same time, Michael Jackson, is standing down as Non-Executive Chairman but remains a Non-Executive Director of the Company, and Blair Jenkins, Chief Executive, has resigned as a director of the Company to pursue other interests.

Jeremy Hamer has extensive experience within the food industry, having run J F Renshaw Ltd, a leading UK bakery ingredient manufacturer, and been Chairman of Glisten plc a confectionery and health food manufacturer.. Jeremy was voted Sub FTSE 350 chairman of the year in 2006 for his role at Glisten plc.

Michael Jackson commented: On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Blair for his contribution over the past 12 years, in which he has overseen the growth of the Company from a start up, and to wish him well in the future. At the same time, I am delighted to welcome Jeremy to the Board as Executive Chairman. I have worked with Jeremy over many years and I believe that his experience and talents will make a valuable contribution to the future development of SnackTime."

Jeremy John Hamer (aged 60) is or has been a director or partner of the following companies or partnerships in the preceding five years:

Jeremy Hamer was (a) a non-executive director of Harveys Traditional Bakery Limited which was

liquidated in 1997 during his tenure as a director, (b) a non-executive director of Vendotech Limited

which entered into creditors' voluntary arrangements in 1999 within 12 months of his ceasing to be a

director, (c) a non-executive director of No Legwork Plc which completed a members' voluntary

winding-up in 2002 during his tenure as a director, (d) a representative non-executive director of Elderstreet DRKC Limited and was a non-executive director of each of Rushden Granulating

Company Limited, Rushden Playsafe Limited, D'Aguiar Marketing and Design Limited and Qube

Strategic Marketing Limited, all of which were liquidated or entered into administration between

2001 and 2004 during his tenure as a director, (e) a non-executive director of Inter Link Foods plc which entered administration in 2007, (f) a non- executive director of West Country Fine Foods Limited which completed a creditors' voluntary liquidation in 2010 and (g) a director of Unicorn AIM VCT II plc which completed a members' voluntary liquidation in 2010.

In addition, Mr Hamer is a shareholder of Elderstreet VCT plc which holds 2,365,419 shares, representing approximately 14.5 per cent. of the voting rights in the Company.

Mr Hamer has confirmed that there is no further information required to be disclosed in relation to Rule 17 and paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
