Dividend Declaration
US Solar Fund plc (LON: USF (USD)/USFP (GBP)) is pleased to announce its Q2 2025 dividend of 0.56 cents per Ordinary Share in line with its existing annual dividend target of 2.25 cents per Ordinary Share. The dividend will be paid as timetabled below:

o | Record Date: 10 October 2025 |
o | Payment Date: 28 October 2025 |
Of this dividend declared of 0.56 cents per Ordinary Share, 0.32 cents per Ordinary Share has been designated as an interest distribution while the remaining 0.24 cents per Ordinary Share will be paid as a dividend.
On 17 April 2025, the Board announced an increase in the annual dividend target from 2.25 cents per share to 3.5 cents per share, which will take effect in Q3 2025.
