Dividend Declaration
US Solar Fund plc (LON: USF (USD)/USFP (GBP)) is pleased to announce its Q1 2025 dividend of US$0.56 cents per Ordinary Share in line with its existing annual dividend target of US$2.25 cents per Ordinary Share. The dividend will be paid as timetabled below:

o | Payment Date: 4 July 2025 |
Of this dividend declared of US$0.56 cents per Ordinary Share, none of the dividend has been designated as an interest distribution.
On 17 April 2025, the Board announced an increase in the annual dividend target from US$2.25 cents per share to US$3.5 cents per share, which will take effect in Q3 2025.
