("Niger Uranium" or "the Company")
BOARD CHANGES
As previously announced on 21 April 2010, the Board of Niger Uranium announces that as the Special dividend has become effective today, David Weill and Ian Stalker, have stepped down as directors of the Company. Paul Loudon has today become Chairman. Ian Stalker will continue to act as joint-Chief Executive for an interim period while there is an orderly transfer of executive responsibilities by him to Anton Esterhuizen who has been appointed as joint-Chief Executive (non-board appointment).
The Board composition is therefore as follows:
