Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Uranium Resources plc, the AIM listed uranium exploration company operating in Tanzania is pleased to announce that the Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2015 has now been posted to shareholders along with a notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM").
The AGM will be held at the offices of Shakespeare Martineau LLP, 5th Floor, One America Square, Crosswall, London EC3N 2SG on Thursday 17th December 2015 at 11.00 am.
