Publication of Prospectus

Further to its announcement on 24 November 2016 of the proposed farm-ins to 10% interests in PEDLs 180 & 182 (including the Wressle Field) (the "Wressle Farm-ins") and the proposed placing of 169,230,770 new shares on no par value in the Company at 1.3p per share (the "Placing") to raise £2.2 million (before expenses), Upland Resources Limited (LSE: UPL), the oil and gas company actively building a portfolio of attractive upstream assets, is pleased to announce the publication today of its Prospectus dated 28 November 2016 in connection with the Placing and the Wressle Farm-ins, which includes a Competent Person's Report dated 21 November 2016 CPR prepared by Blackwatch Petroleum Services Limited.

The Prospectus, which has been approved by the UK Listing Authority, has been published on the Company's website at http://www.uplandres.com and is also available at the FCA's Document Storage Mechanism at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
