Total voting rights

United Oil and Gas Plc, the oil and gas exploration company, announces for the purposes of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, the following:

As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consists of 232,185,001 ordinary shares of 1p each, with voting rights ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights is 232,185,001 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
