Environmental Approval for Selva Gas Field

United Oil & Gas PLC (AIM: "UOG"), the growing oil and gas company with a portfolio of production, development, exploration and appraisal assets, notes the announcement issued by Po Valley energy Limited ("Po Valley"), operator of the Podere Gallina Licence, which states that the Italian Government have given Environmental approval for the development of the Selva natural gas field concession in Northern Italy, in which United own a 20% economic interest.
